Management
Successful business ventures require careful planning, which includes setting goals, data analysis, and developing and implementing a strategic plan. In investment design, this means preparing a sustainable business plan, preliminary studies, market, competition and resource analysis, as well as evaluating investment needs, return on investment, and legal aspects of the project. The goal is to ensure efficiency, applicability, and risk minimization.
The company provides professional consulting services for investors and entrepreneurs in the real estate sector, focusing on project optimization, risk reduction, and profit increase. Services include comprehensive market research, analyses, business plan development, asset management, construction and sales consulting, as well as crisis management measures to increase liquidity and project efficiency. The company also assists with “frozen” projects through sales, partnerships, or other solutions tailored to specific market conditions.
Pre-investment studies include selecting a suitable property, legal assistance, and researching construction possibilities, communications, and environmental conditions. During the design phase, assignments are prepared, consultations on technical solutions and institutional approvals are held. Project financing includes creating a business plan, seeking funding, and risk management. Implementation covers contractor selection, coordination of construction activities, and quality assurance, while post-completion support includes maintenance and warranty period management.
When entrusted with Investor Control, Tsonevski Project & Consulting Group participates in the following key activities:
Technical specifications and permits: Assists in preparing technical specifications for design and obtaining construction permits.
Project works and subcontractor selection: Participates in project acceptance and subcontractor selection, controls construction quality and compliance with designs and regulations.
Construction supervision: Ensures adherence to schedules, costs, and quality of work, approves material samples, and supervises construction processes, including hidden works and defects.
Before handover and commissioning: Participates in testing, staff training, and organizes handover of the facility for use, including preparation of necessary documentation and obtaining occupancy permits from the Construction Supervision Directorate.
